We know that as MasterPiece Church continues to grow we're going to need a more permanent place to support our expanding mission. We're looking for 7+/- acres in the Laveen area where we can build:- a multipurpose community center that includes a chapel for up to 200 people at a time
- classrooms that can be used for children, Bible studies, youth groups, community English language classes, music classes, financial planning classes...
- staff offices
- a small bookstore and drop-in coffee shop in conjunction with
- a thrift shop and free food shop for the benefit of the Laveen community
- a Christian elementary school for special needs children from the entire Phoenix area (We project 30 students meeting in five classrooms)
- a small farm with animals and medium size food garden for the school children
- a children's play area
- a residence for five otherwise homeless adults who will be in our discipleship program as they are caretakers of the property
- parking
Not absolutely essential but highly desirable:
- arterial frontage
- SRP irrigation
- proximity to bus route
- potential to power through solar energy
